76 cc 23 running 225 yami four , armstrong bracket, turning a 17 , no botttom paint, wot trimmed up 5900 running 44 on yamaha guage and cruise 4200 32 (mph) , low to med load and fuel. i think this boat is set up optimal for speed, a little slow out of hole though. my 23 with 200 2 stroke, on the notch also spinning a 17 was a little slower but way faster out of hole.
