Expired Flares
Hey gang, was just wondering if it's illegal to carry expired flares on your vessel even if you
have the appropriate number of unexpired ones(which we all do right?)
I know people always say "keep your old
ones as backup", but why not keep an extra UNEXPIRED set on board? I couldn't find
anything in my CT Boater's Guide stating it's illegal so maybe I answered my own question.
I just swear I read something at one time saying not to have expired ones on board.
Whatta y'all thinkin' on this?
