I'm thinking of building one for a 23 Seacraft that I just purchased and should be able to keep it right at 200 lbs w/o too much problem. Fortunately I have an Armstrong to "copy" and a pretty detailed background in FRP work.
I'm VERY,VERY,satisfied with him and his bracket; the quality, pricing, willingness to help about boat stuff, and service after a sale. The shipping co. dinged mine a bit and Don sent me the materials to fix it....at his expense! Before I bought the boat he spent a long time on several phone conversations steering me straight. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him.
