I found a 2002 225 BRP DI motor....and I love it! (knocking on wood). It burns half the fuel the carbed looper did and runs like a dream. Very percise! Also got that software for the laptop where you can pull codes and run diags.....It still the same old block
Basically BRP's 1st gen Etec before they re-rigged and upgraded the injecors and re-branded it. Water cooled EMM
. BRP had to sell these with 7 year warranties becasue the OMC name was beat up som much.
I cruise @ 4100 ish going 30mph with a 15x15 Alum BRP prop. WOT is 5800 ish going 40-42mph.
