I have been restoring a 20 cc with my Dad infact he has done most of the work so far. The boat is registered as a 1970 but we think it could be newer than that. This boat was really trashed the boat was registered in California and was brought to new england. We are going to totaly gut the boat and enclose the transom and put a outboard and braket on it.
