I have the factory ones on my boat. It will be up at hermco here pretty soon. Maybe he could make a mold of them. My boat also has the molded long center doors in between the two out doors. I am not sure how the boat was originally configured other then it was a I/O.
It was converted to a bracketed out board when I purchased it years ago. I always assumed the large engine box was removed at the rear of the cockpit and someone installed to large molded doors.
