Get the fixed 20 degree tilted version as it is for hulls with deadrise from 16 to 24 degrees. The 20SF has a 16 degree deadrise.
As far as location, based on a single engine, I would mount the transducer as close to the stern just inboard of the step closest to the keel. That will minimize the air in the water which causes noise on the fish finder.
Remember to red the top of the transducer to point the right edge towards the keel.
