Yup,
As others said,American Marine http://www.americanmarine.com/ made the original windshields for these boats, and can sell you the weatherstrip.I have a 1974 Tsunami 23(aka Sceptre)and bought my weatherstrip from them.I replaced all my glass and the weatherstriping.
I cut all the gasket weatherstrip at 45 degrees where they meet in the corners, and overlapped them a tiny bit.No leaks at all.
American also said that they recommend silicone as a bedding when and if you replace the glass.

Installing the weatherstrip is very easy,I used a couple different size flexible blade putty knives.Round the corners a tiny bit so they don't cut the rubber.
Lay the rubber strip up against the glass and aluminum, and slide the blade under the lip and push the strip in.
You'll know that it's locked in when you see and feel the strip lay flat against the glass. The small lip on the back locks into the channel on the inside of the aluminum frame.

This is the profile of the weatherstrip that American marine sent me.
