I went through this with an old Chris Craft of mine. I saved a boat load of money by buying the stainless steel tubing at a metal distribution house (vs. some place that has "Marine" in its name) and then bringing it and the old rail (removed from my boat) to one of the local railing houses. The guy charged me $130 to bend it. The rail itself was only about $60. The entire bow rail project with rail, supports and elbows was only about $250. It looked like new when I was done. Good luck.
