1. My "Potter Built" 23' has a original recessed Bow Rail
2. My hand rail was sized correctly & does not cause hand injuries
3. My hand rail IS stainless
4. My hand rail is NOT welded
5. My hand rail does NOT have a front center bracket
What year Potter & where are you getting these specs from
