Paint is Awlgrip Matterhorn white and Royal Blue. I've played with many of the Awlgrip "white" colors (about 10 different versions of "White" are available") and I like Matterhorn the best. It has a slight "blue" hint to it and masks dirt pretty well unlike the "Snow white" which looks great initially but prone to show dirt.
Of course the boat was sprayed at 38psi (gun pressure), using a 25% reduction with T0003. Air temp at time of application was 72 degrees and rising to 78 by 4pm.
As you can see, I am working outside but under a tarp to keep bugs, leaves, sap and the sun away. I find that I get a better paint finish while spraying outside than I do trying to spray inside my barn where lots of ambient dust is all around and finds it's way into the finish. When painting outside, I take the garden hose and spray all around the boat to keep the ground moist and dust to a minimium.
