WOW there are close similarities between your projects and mine! I do a little time on the boat, a bunch of time on the house to keep the wife happy. Last winter it was hardwood and radiant heat in the bedroom. This year it was hardwood in hall/laundry and new counter with storage in laundry and new washer/dryer combo.
