Make it easy on yourself and call it a 25'.
That serial # starting with MS is probably on the title, right? When there is no HIN, Mass. uses MSZ followed by 9 digits as a serial # for titling purposes. But as Blue Heron notes, pre-'73 there won't be a HIN other than what might be on the spec plate/sticker.
Just curious where you found this Seafari?? I know of a white one that was in Mattapoisett for a number of years then it disappeared a couple years ago.
