I'm installing my bracket and noticed don hermco
Mounts his brackets with controls running through bracket looks a lot cleaner than through transom on top of bracket. My dad thought it was a bad idea putting a hole under water line for rigging through bracket either way you have to go through the transom but I really like the idea of neatly coming out of bracket any suggestions from either setups would be appreciated thanks
