On another note with the addition of the two battery's and the right hand prop torque she wants to lean to the starboard. So those batteries will get moved to the under the port cockpit seat.

What were you getting for RPM's? Should be 5600-5800 my dad has an 83 with the seat boxes up front and he had to go to a 15p stainless to get to 5800. That should be a 36-38 knot boat at wot so that 39.8 mph seems low. Make sure your not pitched to high.
