Hard to beat Flo-Scan. Their stuff is aerospace quality, plus their customer service is top notch if you need it.

However if you have a modern DI motor, the factory gage setups like Smartcraft or I-Command may be more cost effective because you can combine GPS speed with fuel flow from engine computer to get instantaneous MPG, which is a big help in finding optimum trim and engine rpm, in addition to fuel used, distance on remaining fuel, etc. That's real handy on a long trip!
