Took the Seacraft out on Saturday, trying for my first swordfish. 6 big dolphin showed up while we were drifting, and we put them all in the boat
A whole lot of fun on spinning rods.
Rode all the way out to 1600' and back, burned about 50 gallons. That was as heavily loaded as I have had her: 2 full 55 gallon tanks, 100 lb ice, food/beer, 3 200lb men and was still burning only 9 gph at 27 mph. Coming back we were still the same, burned fuel and melted ice were more than made up for in the 170 or so lbs of fish
