Default Always Something

Not much progress for the last three weeks (on a road trip). So now it is time to button this up.

In my post #357 when I was installing the head, I needed to install a shut off valve on the thru hull fittings for the head. One was real easy and the other was a real PIA.

The problem was that in order to close the valve I had to reach under the floor. This is where the challenge began. It was hard to get my hand around the lever to force the valve close and to get leverage. There was not enough room as the pictures will show.

So the solution was to make a paddle out of the lever and now everything works very smooth.

Valve without Lever under the head.

I think Strick once said if it was easy everyone would have a Seacraft
