It happened to be the first drop I ever made swording and within 3-5 minutes hooked up and she also swam up with the weight until I got the wieght off and when she saw the boat then ripped off 500ft. of line. same sort of fight on my fish, about same size too. This was really the first time I went out there and was able to get a bait on the bottom. The last two times I had tried, I was not reaching the bottom. Switched to a thinner diameter braid and was able to hit bottom in 1600'+ cant wait to try it again
