I have not made the bracket leap, but I've slept at a Holiday Inn, . I would venture a guess to say that 80 percent of the folks that bought a new bracket for their SeaCraft went with a Hermco bracket. They are renowned for excellent craftsmanship, elegant rigging and maximum flotation.

And your gonna need maximum flotation for yer new motah

Just a guess, but I'd wager Mr. Herman has probably made more brackets specifically for SeaCrafts than anybody. Here's a link.
