I just recently purchased a 18' seacraft 1989 with a 2001 Mercury. The motor is peeing a little hot and not very strong so I'm replacing the impeller. I have only located 4 screws holding the lower unit in, but the local parts supply shop says this unit should have 6 screws. Can anyone that knows this motor give me any tips on pulling the lower unit?
