I was in your shoes in 2010 when I bought my first boat and refitted it. NO major glass work was needed for me. It was a 1986 BIDDISON 1800. Check the link below. Lots of good before and after pics. I did everything myself except the engine and steering rigging. I had never refitted a boat before either. Best learning experience for me!
