Try http://www.argmarine.com/ in Riveria Beach. Service manager Lenny Wong is a good guy (an ex-coastie) and they've treated me very well since 2006. You should be able to get an engine history report listing time at rpm and temperature plus all faults detected on any E-TEC. If you join the E-TEC owners forum http://www.etecownersgroup.com/ and give them model and serial number, they can also provide a history of any warranty work done on the motor.
