I don't know about transom height on the later non-Potter CC models with 25" transoms, but I'm pretty sure that Moesly & Potter used the same basic hull mold for all the 20' Seafari, Scepter and CC models. The distance from the chine to the top of the cap at the transom, as measured along the hull, is 24" on my boat. I believe that only the inner liner and cap were different.

Now when Don Herman filled in my transom, he DID use a batten across the cutout (see pic below) to create a smooth curve between the two existing sides, so it might be slightly higher in the center than if you laid a straight line across an existing cutout, but I doubt that it added more than about half an inch.
