BH,

The engine was running fine when I last ran it, it's been a while. The manifolds were in need of replacement, 1500 + at last count. The engine would need to be torn down and at least checked out, if not rebuilt. At 260 HP, I thought rather than pour money into it, 1300 total hours and in need of new manifolds, I would bite the bullet and put in a new engine in the neighborhood of 315-325 HP. I was topping out at about 36, but cruise was only 21-23. A bit slower than the 26-28 I wanted. Could have been the prop. Cupped aluminum 15 x 17. Never really got into it, my bad. It's got a full stainless and canvas enclosure/ bimini.
Also, windlass, electron's, VHF, FF/DS (Standard Horizon and Furuno).
