Jeff,
You can make a new one fairly easily. I did mine from teak-veneered marine plywood (3/4" if I remember correctly). I recommend using the old one as a template. The hard part is getting the old one out and the new one in in one piece. To do this, I removed the hull- to-deck joint fasteners back to approx. amidships in order to raise the foredeck enough (approx. 2-3", I used a bottle jack with some 2x4 stock to raise it just enough). I thoroughly coated the new bulkhead with epoxy on the edges and sides facing the anchor locker and used Epifanes rubbed-effect varnish on the teak veneer facing the cabin.
