Yeah, at first glance I'm with Doug on that ID. Looks a lot like the Chris Craft Scorpion/Sea Hawk 215 or 216 of the late '80s. But that's not it - the cap is different. I would venture a best guess to be a '81-83 23' Cuddy Nautique (a variant of the Fish Nautique) from Correct Craft. That's my answer and I'm sticking to it
