I have the same situation for my 20SF. When the boat was in the water over 10 years ago, I just remove the windshield and left the grab rail in place. The grab rail would putt out from the top for bridge clearance.

But, on my rebuild, which is halted right now, my idea is a piano hinge across the front (space appropriately out with nylon washers or starboard).

Then bolts set in backwards with wingnuts on the outsides to capture the side mounting holes. The windshield should bend enough to clear the bolts.

Again, just an idea at this point.

I do like those TH fittings though and will be watching this thread for other ideas.
