I am in the final stages of rehabing the cap on my Tsunami and am looking for placement recommendations for installing 4 new pull up cleats. I have a clean palat except for where the rod holders are and am pondering my options.

I am pretty sure of the location of the rear cleats will go where the original hawsepipes were as they were deleted from a previous rebuild. The real question is where the other two will go. Below is a pic before the originals were deleted.
