I won't lay a mold up with out it, there is nothing worse than the fiberglass bonding to your mold. PVA is an awesome product that insures it will pop off most of the time..... The problem with the wax is it absorbs into different material like that mdf. I still do two coats of wax than spray the PVA .

Plus it's easy to spray through an hvlp gun
