UPDATE:
I have run the boat on two trips for 10 hours per day while striper fishing and have not had the problem occur again. The bowl is clear and the engine runs like a top through all RPMs. I have filled up after each trip. I suspect it was the vent as there was no loop above the vent location. Now there is and the vent itself is more protected being on the side of the console vice the exterior of the hull. I will change out the Racor filter one more time today to ensure anything that was in the tank hopefully got caught in there after running two full tanks through that filter.
