I will look at my 20 Sceptre, 23 sf cc and my 25' seafari tags and see what they say far as Max persons for you. I know tags are on the 20'sceptre & 25' seafari and there are not many of these models out there but the tag may be gone on my 23 but many up here should have that info due to there being so many of those around. All 25's are originally IO's no outboards were made factory.
