Chuck's right, Signature Finish is about the only urethane I know of that will hold up below the waterline. Most urethanes are not recommended for use below the water line and will tend to blister after a week or two. Owner of the company painted his fiberglass pool with it! I left a test panel in saltwater for ~ 6 weeks and it held up fine. Here's a link to my post on bottom painting I made a few years ago. Call Tom Fabula and he can mix up any color you want.
