Chuck's right, Signature Finish is about the only urethane I know of that will hold up below the waterline. Most urethanes are not recommended for use below the water line and will tend to blister after a week or two. Owner of the company painted his fiberglass pool with it! If you remember the paint I used was tested for 30 days in my own salt pond, the icw. and after 30 days no sign of break down...
Stay away from "Pappy" ok...
