well as you can see the transom is completely done. So its time for to replace it and raise it 5". The question I have is does any body here have a ball park figure on cost of the material to rebuild it. the reason I ask is I have a couple #'s from boat builders/repair guys here in dirty jersey and I'm just wondering if their #'s are real high. It will be composite, no wood in the transom. And I will be removing the engine and all the goodies for who ever does the job. Any thoughts would be very helpful, thanks
