Hi Guys,
I want to add another pair of rod holders (swivel type) just forward of the rear cleats.

My question is, if I drill the holes for the bolts and the rod holder, how to I fasten the nuts (because I can't reach up under the gunnel).

Has anybody done this? Any company out there sell a backing plate with the bolts welded to the plate?

I guess I could just use double sided tape and tape the nuts in place.
