Ok, I've had several PMs & emails this afternoon asking about the price. It is very difficult to price these boats, as they don't come up for sale as often as a 23 footer. The last one listed on this forum appears to have sold in the $15k range:

VERY similar to mine...both restored in recent years, both with 1998 motors, both late Potter hulls.
Now, that particular boat appears to be far better cosmetically sorted, so if I allow for the (cosmetically/aesthetically superior) restoration, along with the T-Top and Isinglass enclosure, and the trailer, that probably puts mine in the $10k range, which I am not looking to get (although that would be nice).
