If you are still putting a 475lb 150 HPDI on the transom, then I think getting weight forward is key. I have batteries and tank forward and that is just enough with ~430 lb on the transom on a 1975 MA. I think the later trackers tolerate weight a tiny bit better. But 475lb is enough that I would push mass forward in the boat.

EDIT: You raised the deck. That will help with the bailing. It doesn't fix trim, though.
