I don't have a fuel flow gauge, but I did a test run on a portable tank and got 2.8nm/gal @ 4100rpm and 30knts. This was in calm water, light load.

I run 3500-3800 rpm while offsfore @ 24-26 knts, and while I do not have precise numbers, I trust that 2.8nm/gal. So I calculate at 2.5nm/gal for trips to be safe. So far I keep coming back with more fuel in the tank than I expected.

Ken runs with a dive load, that will take more fuel.
