Where you put the rigging holes depends on what sort of access you have to run the rigging. What sort of bracket and access hatches do you have? Here's how I ran the rigging on my Hermco bracket. I'm pretty happy with it. The only thing I would have done different is use a couple of short steering hoses from bracket to cylinder instead of running 2 long hoses from helm all the way to cylinder. UV will eventually kill the exposed hoses, so it would be simpler to only have to replace short hoses! Both the rigging tube and steering hoses could have been moved aft a couple inches but it would have been harder to run the rigging.
