Maybe drop a hook and see if the Groupah are interested in a pinfish or two. 30'-55' depth preferably. I will probably have room in my boat for two others if anyone's interested. I will have rods and tackle.

You do realize that in the Homosassa to Steinhatcheee stretch, the Gulf deepens about 1' for every mile you travel offshore. So to troll a Stretch 25 or 30 in 55 feet of water is quite a ride to get there!

Seriously, you pick up gags in 20'-40' off Crystal River, straight out from the power plant. There's a trough there that I used to fish. If you have good sonar mapping charts, look at the bathymetric lines to find it, about 12 miles out.
