We have raised the transom a couple inches, planning on twin Etecs ... 25" shaft. Dip in transom at center will accommodate a 30" shaft for single engine. We prefer twins for shallower draft & also stabilization.

Aft cockpit flooring has also been raised a couple inches. Temp scraps down for walking. Hope to replace with the real thing soon.

Need good helm design and also would like seating to accommodate 4 people.
Maybe boxes under pedestal seats for ice box, fish box or storage, water tank, sink, etc.
