marsh bear:
hello. I am new (here), and from Savannah as well... for some reason if memory serves, is this/was this boat in Isle of Hope? I think I remember seeing it at some point..
Regardless, I am not a "Seacraft" expert, but I after owning 26 different boats to include Albemarles, Bertrams, Makos, Bluewaters, Shamrocks, Hewes, and Blackfins, I did stay at Holiday Inn Express last night, lol...
For whatever this opinion may mean to you, I am happy to come look over this boat with you should you chose to keep it and restore it. I know all the "backyard" boat guys in town from paint/fiberglass to engines/electronics that can get you going in the right direction, should you chose. I am hoping you have not decided to sell because you are demoralized..
I never had a seacraft myself so I am here to learn as well.. I try to do more reading than posting as I learn the board. I have a reputation as a knowledgable, positive contributor to other brand specific boards. please PM me if you would like me to look at your boat with you if you want to keep it. I am just trying to help because I just noticed you are local. As far as putting a number on the boat, your question has been answered. These are one of the few boats I have seen that are truly worth what one is willing to pay. I am currently looking at 23 that is local that I am struggling myself to put a number on.
