Hi Guys,

I am repowering my 2004 23 CC and leaning towards the 300 Suzuki. Merc 225 Opti on there now.

Am I good with the weight of 620lbs? Seems like it, but just double checking here with folks with experience.

Thoughts on a jack plate? Don't have one now. Are they really a big difference maker? If so, how much setback is needed? 5" or 10"?
