Thanks McGillicuddy... So far here I am: And I have read every post here and on web regarding this ... and Still don't have a definitive solution... I am 100% overthinking/over executing this.

1. I removed the existing tubes, they were shot, and def leaking into bilge. Removal was a breeze, however the port side, I removed it from bottom up and it cracked so gelcoat on the deck side of the scupper hole, not a HUGE deal but now I have to fix that in order the the tube to sit flush... in the picture below, the chunk is lower right...

2. Second issue faced, and this is where I am spinning in my head... So, I ordered 4in brass tubes and flaring tool, 3in were too short, so I have to Cut the tubes I'm assuming just shy of 1/4" past hole for flare tool. Again, I can handle the cutting of the tube, its how the tube sits at an angle, instead of square to Hull for the tool to squared the flare... see below.

3. from this last picture I removed the raised piece that sits in front of the hole to work properly, I had to sand and epoxy the area to make sure there will be a cleaned and ready area around hole to get everything nice-nice.

4 I have taken care of the interior of the hole, I have expoxy coated the interior of it, filled a small area of along the wall of it. The hole is smooth and solid.

Ive also included this photo taken from the hatch showing that in the interior of the through hull was glassed around it... Don't know if this is normal, but the guy who did this work, ( which I believe is documented on this site His name was Blue from Rhode island), this is how I found both supper interiors, No blocks of wood they go through.

Again, I've literally stared at this project, longer than I have put time working on it. I don't know if its a mental block or whatever, But its keeping the boat from being in the water. Between work and 2 Year old... Im at the point where I THINK i should just bring it to someone to do it... But I really want to do it myself but not to F@#K it up.

I hope this adds a little more insight to where I'm at.
