I looked into this in great detail once and think your market for that splashed hull will be real limited. Once the purest get one you would have a hard time trying to market them to the rest of the world. Like said most would go after a 23 similar to it. Your could do some slight changes to make it more marketable, stretch it, and add the bells and whistles. But you late to that dream. There are tons of seacraft splashes already out there. The original potter 23 was just that. Bill Potter built a boat that was more marketable to the mass public with features that would sell while still being a good riding well built hull. He took inspiration from the 21 and reinvented it making it more marketable. It sold well then well ahead of its time with Carls design. Other companies like Metan marine has splashed the 23 and has copies of it in production now. Tons of other companies have splashes or variations as well. It is almost like fishing lures, the build and design them to catch people not fish. A boat today needs to attract people. Built cheap, full of bells and whistles and not about pure performance to sell in todays market to the masses. Nice quality models would sell but most people that want a nice boat like that would go after a custom larger model. I think the original 21 could be popular if stretched longer but trying to produce one model or even two would limit your customers in that one share of market that is already flooded with similar size boats. It would be a cool back yard deal on a small scale but trying to mass produce would be tough. If you could get the rest of the world to understand what we already know about how great this hull really is you may have a chance. With our economy like it is now and let Hillary get in office you would definitely be at risk of loosing a ton of money...My 2 cents
