That's the value I figured it's worth. Offered that on the spot. He was asking 6,500. Got him down to 5.
I've looked at others that the owners were firm at 5 for, and this one is much nicer. We'll see. Going to look at a 23' Straight inboard tomorrow, my dream boat. I'll be into this 20 the same if not more then the 23 by the end of the refit so may pull the trigger on the 23.
