You can sand, wipe vlean, fair with Fasco Fastone 2 part
Epoxy $20. Then sand entire bottom, paint 2 coats
( mixed 8 /2/3) Signature Finish and be done with it. No primer needed... ask me or Bushwhacker for further help or questions..
My bottom lasted 15 + years given the same conditions (lift & trailer use only)
I docked in the water for 4 weeks at a stretch without issues.
