As Island Trader said, those aren't blisters, which are typically much bigger. It's just what happens when you soda blast gel coat. Had mine soda blasted and got the same thing. I think the problem is that the moon suit the guy uses has such poor visibility that they can't tell how hard they're blasting it. That stuff is a lot more aggressive than advertised!
