Regarding the twin Zukes on a bracket & relocation of fuel tanks, you might be interested in seeing my post of 9-24-16, Estimating CG Shift with Heavy Engines. The results of Bushwacker's ETEC moved to a bracket collaborated pretty well with this estimating tool.

These hulls are supposed to like weight aft.
The 150s weigh @750 and the bracket 200.
Trips back in the day were 900 on the transom.
With the 60 degree or more entry and skinny shoulders who knows.
I will be leaning heavily on the racehorses here and around the web.
